• We post via the UK postal service.
• We post every day - order by 3 pm for same day dispatch.
• We do our best to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly.
• Allow 5 days for postage please before contacting us. We ship same day but postage times are out of our control.
  

• You must email us at sales@passion-boutique.co.uk before returning your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
• Simply return your unused and undamaged item(s) with all original tags attached and in original packaging to our address noted in our reply email within 2 days of your return approval. Your return approval will provide you with further instructions.

• All items must be
  • clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than new condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receiving your purchase. font>

  Exchanges:
  If you want the item(s) that you are returning in another size or color you may place another order on our website after you receive your refund for the original item(s).
  
  Defects in Workmanship:
  Although this is not a common event - if you happen to receive an item with a defect in workmanship contact us immediately for return.   The item can not be worn or washed to claim a defect.
